Edwin has long been a brand that I have admire and like to keep up with the brand is always up to much as possible. This week we finally got our first shipment in will be in and I am excited to show all of our i am family how dope of a brand this is. Edwin have infected their denim washes using dust, dirt, grit, beer and blood, giving a genuine ‘lived in’ feel to the jeans and a 11.25oz denim with a grey listed selvedge have been developed exclusively for this collection.
Clothing is heavy and utilitarian; representing the protective layer needed when living life alone on the road and on the edge. The US heritage influences are also heavily apparent in the outerwear with deck jacket silhouettes and leather bomber jackets topping the bill. These pieces pay homage to the true fabrics and the spirit of mid-west America and historical work wear. Along with the main collection, Edwin have also been working on a shirting collaboration with Pendleton Woolen Mills which should be hitting i am ..! boutique toward the end of September.
Here are a few pics of some styles we are getting in
PRPS Japan Shipment in @ i am boutique St. Louis

PRPS jeans are created by Akademiks, a New York-based clothing company founded in partnership by a former top Nike designer, Donwan Harrell. Donwan, being a denim fanatic, began the PRPS project, which is one of Donwan’s biggest projects. The price of PRPS jeans begins at $250 USD a pair.PRPS jeans are manufactured in Japan, unlike other jeans which are mostly manufactured in China. The Japanese manufacturer of the jeans uses Levi’s looms from the 1960s. More modern looms are better, but these looms produce a stronger edge to the fabric.
Harrell says that the manufacturing process was inspired by denim worn by workers before it became popular as an everyday fashion. Harrell says that the production for one pair of jeans costs about $95.
Prps is shorthand for ‘Purpose’ – the purpose of delivering the perfect denim product to the most discerning denim enthusiast. Street-style design from New York, an expert Japanese family-run mill and the softest organic African cotton all combine to forge the supplest fabric and most stylish product.
Time-tested classic denim, military, utilitarian and western pieces are the inspiration to create a collection transcending fads. And then given the characteristic Prps fingerprint – garments which are ‘bruised but never broken’.
Each jean is hand-finished into the most authentic vintage washes available. Every rivet placed, every button added shows immaculate attention to detail. From five different fly buttons to camouflage pocket bag linings, Prps assures that their denim collection is set apart from the rest.
David Beckham, Jay z, and Brad Pitt all have recently been seen sporting a pair of trendy PRPS jeans.

Despite the variety of clothing, William Rast is a line most commonly recognized for their high-quality denim jeans. William Rast jeans have earned a right to be placed in the same category as True Religion and 7 for All Mankind. launched by long-time denim artisan Ruben Dario Campos, an industry leader in quality and innovative jean manufacturing with over 20 years of sales and design experience.
From intricate washes, destroy accents, carefully positioned handbrush areas and creases, he was now designing the jeans that would become your favorite pair of jeans. With a keen eye for laundry and sewing details, he treats his jeans like paintings using denim as his canvas, the fit as his mediums, and the premium lifestyle as his inspiration.
With striking washes and fresh new product every month, he has been able to sell to an
international market and some of the leading boutiques in the United States. Combining a
love for Americana West and Premium European Fashions, Rivet De Cru Jeans look and feel
remains unique.
Rivet De Cru Jeans are currently being sold from the beaches of L.A. & Miami, to the streets of England & New York. The times of the $200+ premium denim market is narrowing down due to market saturation and the slowing of our global economy. The end consumer is now looking for a brand to provide an outstanding quality garment at more economical price…
